It's celebration time!

On Saturday, February 18, we will be celebrating our fourth anniversary! It's hard to believe that it has been that long since our very first Keichu-Do class in Grover Beach. We began with a handful of students. (Can anyone guess who in our dojo was there for that very first class?) Back then, it was hard to imagine what all lay ahead of us.

We're inviting everyone we can to come join our anniversary celebration, which will begin at 2:00 in the afternoon and run until about 5:00. We will be having a demo, sparring and grappling competition (just like a Fighting Friday!) and our annual student awards, as well as some prizes and surprises.

For our students, there are several ways you can be involved:

1. Invite all your family and friends!
2. Take part in the demo. Our demo practice will be Friday, February 10 at 6:00 pm
3. Take part in the "Fighting Saturday" portion of the program.
4. Cheer on your fellow competitors.
5. Be there for the exciting awards and prizes.

We are also inviting all students from any Keichu dojos to come celebrate with us. Bring your gi and your sparring gear!
