More pictures of our new facility
Students in our "Family Class" enjoy training in the spacious, air-conditioned dojo. I've started telling them that they are all getting spoiled.

First classes in our new facility
On Monday, classes began in the new dojo. Our Kid-Karate class had the privilege of being the first students to train in our wonderful facility.
Our youngest students enjoyed grappling in the judo area, while their parents watched from the comfortable lounge/waiting room.
It was great to have lots of room in our Chanbara class.

Ready for classes
Here is how our new dojo looked on Saturday, as we were putting the finishing touches on it:
In order to set up a karate dojo, it really does not take much more than some empty floor space. For centuries, people have trained in small rooms and even in backyards. However, as my instructor often reminds all of his students, "good enough is not good enough". It has always been our desire to provide our students at Five Cities Keichu-Do and now at Shinjin Karate with the best training environment that we possibly could. We believe that our new facility reflects our dedication to excellence, and we are very thankful for our new dojo home.
If you have not yet seen the dojo, please drop by 720 S. Frontage Rd. #106 in Nipomo. For directions, call 805-931-0683.

We're moving --- NEXT DOOR!!
We are so excited to announce that we signed a lease yesterday on the space next door to us. This means that our dojo will be doubling in size, with a larger waiting room and lots more training space. As if that isn't wonderful enough, we will now have air conditioning!
Yes, it's true. All of us at Shinjin Karate may just get very spoiled.
I know it seems hard to believe that we will be moving for a third time this year, but this opportunity was too good to pass up. We think all of you will be very happy with our new dojo!
