Board Breaking!!!

Friday night we had a great time as students, parents, siblings, and friends gathered for our annual end of summer board breaking extravaganza. During July and August, our students had earned one board for every two regular classes that they attended, and now they were eager to break those boards!

It was exciting to see the good turnout. In fact, finding space for everyone to line up turned out to be a bit of a challenge. After some warm-ups and punches, we began the board breaking. Some of our newest students had only one board to break, while others had as many as six. With each successful break, we all broke out with cheers and applause. The audience was especially encouraging and enthusiastic.
