On Friday, we held our first weapons class at Bethel. Our orange belt students showed quite a bit of progress in their bo-handling skills. Their kata, "Kihon Bo", is coming along well.
Our green belt and above students are doing well also. After working with the bo for a while, our advanced students went on to work with the sai.
Perhaps next week we'll end the class with some chanbara.
