How to get started: 

1. Call 805-931-0683 and schedule your first class. If you are interested in karate classes, your free intro class will be held outside of the regular classes, and will cover the basics and what you need to know to participate successfully in our regular classes.
2. Attend our FREE workout on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 9:00 am --- and kickstart your New Year's Resolutions. This workout will include what is usually covered in our karate intro classes, as well as giving you a good flavor of what our fitness program is all about.
