Weapons classes!

When Bethel Baptist Church first approved us to begin teaching Keichu-Do classes there, it was with the understanding that we would not offer any weapons training at the church. As our students progressed to orange belt level, we offered them the opportunity to begin their weapons training at the Santa Maria dojo, on several Fridays each month. However, with the recent changes, that Friday training time has no longer been available to us.

The good news is that, as of Sunday night, we are now approved to begin offering weapons classes at Bethel. We will be announcing in class which Fridays these classes will take place, and we will be scheduling them about a month in advance so as not to conflict with church activities.

We will also be including chanbara as part of our weapons classes, and we're really excited about that!
